3.2 Reseller Hosting Services
Refunds for reseller hosting services are available within 7 days from the purchase date.
Refund requests are only valid for technical issues or inability to access the service. Misuse or abuse of the service voids the refund guarantee.

3.3 Software Development and Web Design Services
Software development and web design services are custom-made based on the client’s specific requirements, and therefore are non-refundable under any circumstances once delivered.
The client is responsible for approving project details before the work begins.

3.4 Web Hosting and WordPress Hosting
Refund conditions for web hosting and WordPress hosting may vary depending on the package.
Refund requests will be evaluated by our technical support team and determined on a case-by-case basis.
